Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or one or more specific elements of the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that person.
The Controller processes personal data that you have provided to the Controller or personal data that the Controller has obtained in connection with the performance of your order.
The Controller processes identification and contact data as well as data necessary for contract performance, namely:

The legal basis for processing personal data is:
Performance of a contract between you and the Controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (provision of “Handyman” services).
Fulfilment of the Controller’s legal obligations pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (e.g. accounting and tax obligations).
The purpose of personal data processing is:
Processing your order and exercising rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Controller.
Personal data required for successful order processing (name, address, contact details) are mandatory. Without providing personal data, it is not possible to conclude or perform the contract.
The Controller stores personal data:
For the period necessary to exercise rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship and to assert related claims.
For marketing purposes, until consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 5 years, if personal data are processed based on consent.
Accounting documents (invoices) are archived in accordance with accounting legislation for a period of 10 years.
After the expiration of the retention period, the Controller deletes (destroys) the personal data.

Involved in service delivery or payment processing under the contract.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated.
The Controller declares that it has adopted all appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure personal data.
Technical measures include securing data storage and physical records (e.g. passwords, antivirus software, backups).
The Controller declares that only authorised persons have access to personal data.
By submitting an order via the online order form, you confirm that you have read and accept this Privacy Policy in full.
The Controller is entitled to amend this Privacy Policy. The updated version will be published on the website.
