The subject of performance consists of minor handyman and maintenance works, furniture assembly, drilling, installations, small household repairs, and property maintenance performed according to the Client’s requirements (so-called “handyman services”).
Explicit notice:
The services offered on the website prazsky-hodinovy-manzel.cz are intended exclusively for standard maintenance works.
The Contractor does not provide emergency locksmith services, such as emergency door opening, vehicle unlocking, or safe opening. These services are expressly excluded from contracts concluded under these GTC.

A contract for work is concluded at the moment the Contractor confirms the order and agrees on the service date with the Client.
The Client is obliged to provide access to the premises where the service is to be performed and ensure suitable conditions for safe work execution.
Service prices are agreed individually. An indicative price list is published on the Contractor’s website.
The final price includes time spent on work, travel fees, and, where applicable, the cost of consumed materials.
Payment is due immediately upon completion and handover of the work, either in cash or via instant QR payment to the Contractor’s technician, unless invoicing with a deferred due date has been agreed in writing in advance.
A Client who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without stating any reason.
Exception:
If the Client expressly requests that the provision of services begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period (e.g. by requesting immediate execution), the Client acknowledges that upon full performance of the service, the right to withdraw from the contract is lost pursuant to Section 1837(a) of the Civil Code.
If a confirmed appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the Contractor reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee corresponding to the costs of an unsuccessful trip.
The Contractor is responsible for ensuring that the performed work is free from defects and complies with the agreed scope.
The Client must inspect the work immediately upon completion. Any obvious defects must be reported on the spot without delay.
Statutory warranty rights apply to the performed services in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
If a consumer dispute arises between the Contractor and a consumer and cannot be resolved amicably, the consumer may submit a proposal for out-of-court dispute resolution to the competent authority:
